Most Group Exercise classes focus on making you tired and breaking a sweat. But every class is random and new. There is no way to measure your progress that way. We pride ourselves on being one of the only gyms that has been able to adapt the science based programs of customized personal training into the group exercise setting. We guarantee you will get stronger and drop body fat.
You will never have to do a single burpee or endless bouts of boring cardio. It doesn’t matter if it’s your first day in the gym, you have a nagging injury or you’re an experienced lifter. All levels are welcome!
Group training follows a seasonal structure across the year: Winter – Spring – Summer – Fall

New members begin with a 2-week unlimited intro to experience ForgeX group training before committing to ongoing membership.
